SPF-licensed security service provider
CCTV and intercom systems for condominiums & estates.
We design, install and service CCTV, video intercom, access control and network systems — and the same engineer who surveys your site is the one who hands it over and looks after it.
Combined engineering experience since 1985. Based in Singapore, working with management councils, managing agents and commercial owners.
What we do
Four things, done properly
Most estates need the same few systems working together and kept working. That is our whole focus.
-
CCTV systems
New installs · full replacements · servicing
IP camera layouts, NVR and storage sized for the retention you need, and clear, exportable footage for management and security staff.
- Estate-wide and multi-site systems
- Remote viewing for authorised staff
- Phased replacement with no blackout window
-
Intercom & access
2-wire retrofit · SIP / app intercom · access control
Upgrade an ageing intercom to HD video without pulling new cable, with phone-app answering and remote door release for residents.
- 2-wire retrofit over existing cabling
- Door access and barrier gates
- Resident app integration
-
Network & infrastructure
Managed switching · VLANs · monitoring
A tidy, segmented network keeps cameras, intercom and admin traffic apart, with a dashboard that shows what is up or down at a glance.
- PoE switching and controller-managed networks
- Wireless bridges for remote blocks
- Network scan and health review
-
Service & maintenance
Contracts · fault response · health checks
Planned visits and fault attendance by the engineers who installed the system, plus clear records so nothing depends on one person's memory.
- Annual or multi-year service contracts
- Documented as-built and device lists
- We can also take over systems we did not install
Why Simply Engineering
The same engineer, from survey to handover
Estate security work goes wrong when the person who sold it is not the person who installs it, and neither is there when something fails at 9pm. We are sized so that does not happen.
- One accountable point of contact for the whole job
- Licensed under the SPF Security Service Provider scheme
- Systems documented so any competent engineer can service them — including you, if you change contractor

How we work
A simple, predictable process
No surprises: you know what happens next at each step.
Site survey
We walk the estate, confirm what exists, count and locate cameras or intercom points, and note any coverage gaps or cabling constraints.
Design & firm quotation
Layout, storage and retention plan, cabling and network plan, and a clear itemised quotation you can put to your council or tender committee.
Phased installation
Work is staged so the estate stays covered throughout, with minimal disruption to residents and security staff.
Handover & training
Walkthrough with management and security staff, footage-export training, and documentation: device lists, IP plan and as-built notes.
Ongoing service
A direct service line to the team that installed it — planned checks and fault attendance under a service agreement.

- Portfolio and references available on request
- Itemised quotations with 30-day validity and clear payment terms
- Phased delivery so security coverage never lapses

FAQ
Common questions
What is a 2-wire intercom and what does a retrofit involve?
A 2-wire system carries video and audio over a building's existing two-core intercom cabling, so units can be upgraded to HD video, phone-app answering and remote door release without pulling new cable through risers and ceilings.
Can we replace the CCTV without leaving the estate uncovered?
Yes. We replace in phases and keep the old system running until each zone is verified, so there is no security blackout window.
Do you take over systems you did not install?
Yes. We survey and document the existing system first, then agree what is covered under a service agreement.
Can we view cameras remotely?
Yes, for authorised management and security staff, using secure remote access. We configure this to your policy, not as a default open door.
Are you licensed?
Yes — SPF Security Service Provider Licence L/PS/001545/2026P, UEN 53484821D.
How do I get a quotation?
Use the form below or WhatsApp us. We arrange a site survey, then send an itemised quotation, typically valid for 30 days.
